Coconut Cartel Añejo Rum is our inaugural product made in the founders' home country, Guatemala. It's aged in new, charred American white oak barrels for 4-12 years and cut to 80 proof (40% ABV) with freshly harvested coconut water. It's the perfect sipper neat or on the rocks, and adds tropical flair to any dark spirit cocktail — think an old fashioned or espresso martini.
Coconut Cartel Blanco, launched spring 2024, will change the way you think about rum. It's a blend of unaged pot still and one-year-old column still rum cut to 92 proof (46% ABV) with fresh coconut water. Made from 100% estate grown sugarcane juice and locally harvested coconuts in the Dominican Republic. Coconut Cartel Blanco boasts a robust flavor profile including fresh cane, unripe banana, marshmallow, white pepper, and coriander. This rum will add a layer of complexity to your favorite citrus, tropical cocktails. And for you rum aficionados, sip it neat or in a martini.
